Refrigerator & Freezer Foam System

Description
Product IntroductionThis is a two-component rigid foaming material. It consists of Side A (A component, containing polyether polyol, blowing agent and other auxiliaries) and Side B (B component, based on polymeric MDI). When mixed in proper proportions, it is used for foam molding of thermal insulation layers and structural parts for refrigeration equipment.
Product Advantages

1. High-efficiency Thermal Insulation & Energy Saving:

Closed-cell rate ≥90% after foaming. Its thermal insulation performance surpasses conventional EPS materials. It reduces cold loss, improves energy efficiency of refrigeration equipment and cuts power consumption for end users.

2. Flexible Molding with Excellent Structural Support:

The two-component mixture foams freely and fully fills complex interlayer cavities of refrigerator and freezer cabinets and liners with zero dead corners and no gaps. The foam body delivers decent compressive strength, enabling partial replacement of structural components and meeting lightweight design requirements such as ultra-thin cabinet bodies.

3. Durable Performance without Degradation:

Thermal insulation performance remains stable under both deep-freezing and ambient temperature conditions, extending the service life of refrigerators and freezers.

Performance Parameters1. Mechanical Properties: High compressive strength (≥150kPa), good load-bearing and impact resistance performance.
2. Thermal conductivity: 0.020–0.024W/(m•K), featuring high-efficiency thermal insulation capability.
3. Fire Performance: Flame retardant rating up to B1 class.
4. Closed-cell rate: ≥90%.
